What are early warning signs of Autism?
- No babbling by 9 months
- No pointing or gestures by 12 months
- Lack of orientation to name by 12 months of age
- No single words by 16 months
- Lack of pretend or symbolic play by 18 months
- No spontaneous, meaningful (not repetitive or echolalic) two-word phrases by 24 months
- Any loss of any language or social skills at any age
